I thought it was Spring....
Ummmm.....I thought it was Spring?! It has been unusually cold here in Vegas. It isn't going to get past 66 degrees today. If you are familiar with Vegas, that is really weird. It is typically in the 90's by now. I refuse to put on Jeans, so I took a black sundress and paired it with some sandals and a jean jacket. Hoping I don't freeze m buns off!!

Red + Denim + Stripes
I've been craving red a lot lately. It's a color I don't have a lot of in my closet. I found this fun summery top the other day, and knew it had to be mine. I did add a jacket to my outfit, because it is a bit chilly here today. Happy Mother's Day Weekend to all my fellow Mama's out there!!

Happy Thursday, Dear! Today I opted for a comfy outfit, because my Little Man had surgery to install ear tubes. What a relief to know that is over. He was getting chronic ear infections for about two years. After two trips to the ENT, he finally got the green light to have them put in. I was shocked at how quickly everything went. A 10 minute procedure, 10 minutes for anesthesia to wear off, and 2 cans of apple juice later, we were on our way home. I am so proud of my little man for being so brave! The nurse said he walked into the operating room like he owned the place and said, "don't worry, I'll be ok". I love that kid and his self confidence. Hope everyone enjoys Scandal tonight!

Classic Black and White with A Pop of Color
Some days call for a classic black and white outfit. Today is one of those days. I get to work in my Little Man's classroom this morning. I've waited all year to do this. It was his first year of preschool, and he had such a hard time making the transition. I wished everyday I could be a fly on the wall and see how he was learning, listening, and interacting with his peers. Today I can! Hope you guys have a good Thursday! Enjoy!

Tuesday Energy Boost: White + Lime
It was a rough night with our new pup, Ace. He was up all night with diarrhea, which means so were we. Im pretty tired today, and needed an extra energy boost. What better way, than with a pop of color. Also, I apologize for the shorts and sandals being on repeat lately. I just love them so much! (plus they go with everything.)

Monday Motivation: White Boyfriend Shorts + Stripes + Denim Vest
Oh Monday, you have come again. I always move a bit slower on Monday, but am also (almost) always excited to start a new week. One of the best ways to motivate myself, is with a cute outfit. After a cold, rainy and windy weekend spent indoors, I am ready to enjoy some warmth and sun outdoors. My little man and I will be hittin' up one of his favorite places this morning, Trader Joe's. He loves finding the Seahorse, telling the cashier, and being awarded a lollipop. It will most likely be the highlight of our day. Anyone else out there have kids that love Trader Joe's? Hope everyone starts their week off right. Enjoy!
