Let's face it, Highlighter shades are the best part about Spring, right? Even though, I woke up to gloomy skies and the shortest downpour ever, I'm not giving into the Monday blues. Instead, I'm wearing neons to brighten the day! I will be adding a jacket tho, because this Vegas weather is officially insane! Just another Manic Monday.....enjoy!
